So I live in EST. I did one squad of an icon players pick 1/3. Before 1pm EST. When I completed the squad, I got “ea servers can’t be reached”, and got sent to the main menu. When I got back the sbc menu updated and the players I submitted were gone. Can I get them back?

If your player items have been used, it means that the SBC has been completed, and we cannot revert it in any way. If you are having any trouble finding the reward, please see this article on our website How do I find my EA SPORTS FC™ Rewards?
You can reach out to our support team if you need to check your SBC status, but the team will not be able to recover your items.
