While launching the game, after confirming the settings, the screen starts flickering with different colors during the EA Sports cutscene. After I press a button, I’m taken to the FIFA menu, but the menu isn’t visible. The game responds to button presses, but it seems like all the menu icons are out of view — as if they’re extremely zoomed in and off the screen. Please help.

Try making a copy and deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way.
You may also need to delete the Personal Settings 1 profile when you launch the game.
