I've just done the 10 levels claim, but I can't receive the rewards, for previous ones shows as if I need - xp points, the other levels seems to bs alright but between 20-30 is bugged

EDIT: problem resolved as I restarted game simplygot it to now just got the premium pass claimed the 10k xp and now need -rp -_-
Ive just spent 1000FP so I can get Martinez amongst others and now get stuck with -SP needed. Have they addressed this issue yet?
I reached level 18 and had it reset me back to 1. Such a glitched horrible season pass
