Hello! I grinded all the way to lvl 40 for the icon player pick but instead it autopicked Firmino in an instant just a moment ago. All the work gone for nothing really because of a bug/glitch.
Is there any way for a fix?

If you auto claim your season rewards, it will pick Firmino since he is the first choice. Unfortunately there is no way we can undo this selection even if it's an accident.
Thanks for the fast response, even though it doesn't help at all.
I would have found it normal to let you pick your reward, so again another mistake by the developers that does nothing in favor of the players.
The hard work put in and not a single resolution can be provided????
