Season pass bug

On ps5. The premium season pass reset a few weeks ago. Hadn’t been on much and  thought it might resolve itself. It has not. 

says I’m only on level 11 and need 5900 xp for level 12 plus I’m sitting on 6100 xp since I’ve leveled.
