i was gonna do my player objectives for xp and it says “the season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass” and now because of this I’ve missed out on 1.5k+ xp and maybe even more
I’m on old gen Xbox and it’s still the same saying it’s unavailable, it’s hilarious that it works on my companion app where I’ve bought the premium but still doesn’t work on my Xbox unless I log into my other account then back to my main then I have it until I close the game down and it says unavailable again? This is a multi billion pound company we are talking about
I agree! I feel really hard done by that I’ve missed out on progress and rewards.
This needs sorting ASAP EA, you cant bring out a paid season pass for the first time, have people buy it and they cant even earn towards it or even see the season ladder or rewards. either a fix needs to happen ASAP or you need to be compensating the people affected.

I also have this issue. I was looking to buy the premium pass and realised that my regular pass was not working. I spoke to EA help and they asked me to go through the necessary steps such as restarting console and resetting password. I have missed out on tons of XP as I did Champions and rivals this week. The only solution it seems is linking and the unlincking PSN ID’s but for me who has two ID’s for both my children it is not a viable solution. I also feel a bit hard done by that I have played this whole week and missed out on tons of XP.
Yeah, same thing happened to me and I don’t know how to fix it. Really frustrating
