Season pass is terrible

So I got to level 20 , bought the premium pass and now like every reward from the premium 20-30 are locked and I can't claim them , it says I need -5k xp for Martinez for example please fix this ,

    Apparently if I use FC hub on the main screen instead of ultimate team it works ?

    You can either restart ultimate team or simply restart the game so it helps sync the XP and the levels.

    Did the season pass in Ultimate team behave correctly when you came back ?
