Season pass sp wiped?

Hi, I purchased the premium season pass, all working fine, I claimed up to level 6 rewards. Then earlier this week about 6000 sp was wiped (back to zero) and I have to start building it up again to claim further level rewards. Obvs uninstalled, deleted local data & reinstalled etc. Doesn’t seem overly fair if anything can be done about, it would be most appreciated.
