game won't let me find a match due to requirements not met when they've alr are alr met, I clearly have a min of 7 tots in my team but the game says there isnt

Please check the requirements on the right-hand side. It doesn't have TOTS evolution. You need 7 TOTS items excluding TOTS evolution.
