Serious Face Customization Bug in FC25 Pro Clubs – Request for Urgent Fix

Dear EA Support,

I’m a passionate FC25 Pro Clubs player, and one of the most enjoyable aspects of the game for me has always been customizing my player to reflect my personality and style. However, I recently encountered a serious issue that completely removed this element of fun: one day, my Pro’s face was suddenly reset to a bald appearance, and since then, I’ve been completely unable to change or edit the face again.

While I can still modify minor things like sunglasses or boots, the main face customization options are locked or unresponsive. I’ve tried everything—from restarting the game to fully uninstalling and reinstalling it—but nothing has worked. The bug persists exactly as it was.

What’s more frustrating is that I am clearly not the only one experiencing this issue. Other players have reported the exact same bug for months now, and yet there has been no fix, no clear acknowledgment from EA, and no communication on whether a solution is even in the works. Some players have even quit playing the game entirely due to this, which is incredibly disappointing for a game that thrives on community engagement and player identity.

Customization is a core part of the fun in Pro Clubs—it’s how we connect with our avatars and feel immersed in the experience. Losing that due to an unresolved bug seriously affects the quality of the gameplay.

If EA is aware of this issue, I respectfully ask that you publicly acknowledge it, provide an update on progress toward a fix, or at the very least offer players some sort of workaround or temporary solution. This problem has gone on far too long without proper attention, and it's disheartening for those of us who care deeply about the game.

Please respond. We need answers, and we deserve a resolution.
