Sound problem

"I have a problem with the referee's whistles because I only hear the sounds from the referee when I pause the game. Then I hear all the referee's sounds, including the whistles, all at once. During the game, they don't come through, which is quite confusing. I’ve already tried switching the game from German to English, but that didn't help either."
