Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Received a red card in match (80 minutes) and enter team management to change players, ie substitute attacking player with centre back/ Resumed match. Substitution not made immediately, Carried on playing, the Subs Request message visible for my team. Despite ball going out of play multiple times, for corners, throw ins, free kicks and re-starts after goals

What should be happening instead? Substitutions actioned at next break in play - corner, free kick etc

I first reported this 3 months ago after multiple instances. Seemed to be fixed and then it's re-occured today
