Tactic not staying active in career mode – FC 25 PS5

Whenever I create a custom tactic and activate it before a match, it deactivates during the game. Tried in multiple careers and even new user accounts – still doesn’t work. Looks like the active roles / styles don’t apply during the match. Please fix this.
