The game blacked out the screen but my Xbox remained responsive.

the stupid play 15 objective is finished for me because the game glitched out loading into a champs game and gave me a black screen even though my Xbox remained responsive. wtf is wrong with your stupid game? I can't even play it normally. I can't upload a video to show it but from googling looks like this is a very common issue
