I've attached the screenshot you requested. I've applied the other evolutions.
The planned evolution order was "Energy pack->Security pack->Aim assist->Rapid->Low Driven->ST role".

Since my playstyle maxes out at 8, I applied the Energy pack first, but it didn't take effect.

You should have taken screenshot when you applied Energy Pack evo, and it didn't take effect. I think you should try contacting EA help, but I doubt if they can help you with this.
