They won't deliver my FUT Birthday Pack Guaranteed

Today I completed the first part of the SEASON 6 WEEKLY PLAY COMPLETIONIST objective, and when I tried to claim my rewards, I was surprised to find that it appears as if I had never completed it. This way, not only will I not receive my FUT BIRTHDAY PACK GUARANTEED, but I will also be behind on the objective and will not be able to complete it to reach 5 +90.
