Title: Clear penalty not awarded after dangerous tackle in the box (PS5, FC 25)

Hi EA Team,  

I’m playing EA Sports FC 25 on PS5.  

Bug description:  

- In a match, my player was fouled inside the box by an opponent who made a dangerous tackle (studs directly into the shin).  

- Despite this, the referee did not award a penalty.  

Steps to reproduce:  

1. Opponent defender tackles with studs raised inside the penalty area.  

2. My player is clearly hit on the shin.  

3. Referee does not call the foul or penalty.  

Evidence:  

I have attached screenshots/video proof where you can clearly see the foul.  

This seems to be a bug with refereeing/penalty decisions.
