The “unlock within” timer has nothing to do with when you redeem an evo from objectives.
Unlocking an evo means you have to pick a player and activate it within the time limit.
I think you misunderstand what I'm saying. When I redeemed the evo from objectives and went to check the evo there was no "unlock within" timer, there was only the "expires in" timer and this is not the only occasion where this has been the case. However what separates this occasion from the others is when I did select the evo to see which players are eligible to put into it, I got the same message in the image attached. I don't know exactly when the "unlock within" deadline was because for me it was never there to begin with but I redeemed the evo from the objectives once I completed it which was a couple days after the objective was available in the game.
