tournament glitch

i played a psn tournament for 1 hour just  for it to glitch in the finals, my formation randomly got glitched  and all my players playstyles said "none+" and they all went into random positions. because of this issue i lost to a player who was way worse and it was the finals too which was very hard to reach.
