Issue:
I submitted a player into the FUTTIES Countdown Evolution (Training Camp) through the Companion App. The submission appeared successful, but now the Training Camp tab is completely gone from the app, and I can still see and use the player in my club like nothing happened.
I have tried the following:
- Force-closing and restarting the Companion App
- Clearing storage/cache on my iPhone
- Reinstalling the Companion App
- Using the Web App
- Sorting Evolutions by “New” in the Rewards section
Nothing has brought back the Training Camp section or the Evo tracking. This seems to be the same issue other users have reported on EA Forums and Reddit. I understand from other users that this is a known bug.
Can you please confirm if:
- My player is actually registered in the countdown Evo
- I will receive the upgraded version once the timer ends
- There’s any way to recover or re-access the Training Camp tab
