UCL TOURNAMENT BUG

I was playing the UCL Quarter finals tournament today and during the round of 16 I lost my RB, Lucas Vasquez, for around 60 minutes. Although I won this game, this loss put me at a major disadvantage, and I am severely disappointed that it happened. Also, I experienced tactical problems when trying to put in a bc to replace my Rudiger, who was sent of due to the rash defending I had to do because of the lack of my RB. Going into my next game I was frustrated and consequently lost it, and I blame this on the unfair nature of the tournament game before. So I request compensation of any sort as I am very disappointed, and preferably something related to ultimate team. I will provide proof. I cannot change mov to jpeg, so some videos got cancelled, but if I can provide further proof after I can do so if required.
