Ultimate team Champ play off gave me a lose

I won a champ play off. Completed the match, went through the game summary and advanced to the main menu. When it loaded it bugged out and took me out of ultimate team. Loaded ultimate team back up and it comes up with a message saying I didn’t complete the match and gave me a loss
