Ultimate team Invite error

Hi, I’m playing FC 25 on PC and my friend is playing on PS5. We are trying to play Ultimate Team together. He can invite me without any problems, but when I try to invite him, he doesn’t show up online in my friend list, even though it says he is online. Interestingly, I can see other friends online, but not him. In Volta Rush mode, he appears, but not in Ultimate Team. We both have crossplay enabled. How can we fix this?
