Ultimate team not letting me connect
Says I will be returned to main screen and Ultimate Team isn’t available “at the moment.” I’ve had this issue since i’ve had the game and I just want to play UT.

Hi there. As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let's see if that let's you connect. Also, which platform are you playing on?
Xbox 1, and hotspot didn’t work FYI
If I were to want to request a refund (if nothing works) where would I go? I’ve tried everything on my end

You can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.
I’ve seen countless posts across here and across reddit where people can’t access ultimate team. Im going to try to get a refund but let me know if this ever gets fixed. Still not sure why I can’t get in UT
