Unable to claim the finished training camp evolution

As many players had experienced and reported the training camp evolution bug, I cannot resume the paused evolution at first. Now, the evolution timer for my Martial has been set to zero, that means the evolution is completed. However, I still can’t claim the evolved player in-game or through web-app.

Please make sure it’s not another bug from the already bugged training camp evolution. I hope the matter can be fixed soon so I can submit the evolved martial to the just like Jamie evolution in-time. Thank you.
