Unable to edit created players face

I am trying to create my own player to be able to use on a new manager career. I do this all the time and have done plenty of times on even EAFC25 but when I tried to do it today I was able to do everything except to edit the player’s face, eyebrows, hair, nose, eyes, beard etc. always been able to do it, just noticed the issue today. When will this bug be fixed please?
