Please help !!!!!
I was advised by customer service to write here after waiting online for a couple of hours last night waiting to chat with an advisor.
I have been trying to save tactics and formation on my Ultimate Team and Career Mode. I first google how to problem solve and AI suggested that I move my players' positions, move them back again and then save. This didn't work. I checked for updates I might have missed and again no luck. I finally chatted live with an advisor last night who basically said to write here and also said :
"I have documented your feedback or bug in my case notes for review. While I cannot provide an estimated timeframe for when this will be addressed, I assure you that it will be reviewed. Additionally, you may find other players with similar feedback or issues on the [EA Answers HQ forum](https://answers.ea.com/), where you can upvote relevant posts.. At the moment, we don't have the exact timing of availability. Our team will provide update on EA official websites. So I would suggest you to keep an eye on EA official websites"
This wasn't helpful. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can change my tactics in the game and change my formation without my formation being deleted.
