That's really disgusting! I cannot play Fantasy Cup because after matchmaking the game stay stalled in waiting room. I attach a video to proof it.
You can see that ping changes but it does not enter the game.
What can I do? The cup is finishing

Fantasy Cup II and still the same!!!
And there is no way to open an incidence. What can I do? I lost rewards and evolutions without having an option to play games.
