[Under investigation] Error occurs when trying to redeem pack
I have pack name 'card.desc.FreeGoldPack' that I can't redeem because I keep getting this error in screenshot below. This error appears on PC WEB companion APP, Mobile FC25 companion APP and in-ga...
I have similar problem. Opened jumbo gold pack and inside that was loan pack. Now that loan pack in my unassigned items makes the same error as this and can't open any packs cause of this.
