[Luna] Save game files missing
Hi everyone, we are aware of an issue where FC 25 players on Amazon Luna may find their saved game files being deleted. We are working to restore data and recommend not creating a new settings profile. Creating a new settings profile will allow you to recover your Ultimate Team progress but will prevent recovering your Career data. As soon as we have further updates to share, we will let you know! When I hold down the sprint button (RT on an Xbox controller), my player performs a slow jog or "controlled sprint" animation while pushing the ball ahead, rather than accelerating to their maximum speed. This significantly hinders gameplay, making it impossible to chase down opponents or break away from defenders. This issue makes the game feel unresponsive and unplayable. Steps to Reproduce: Launch EA FC 25 on Xbox. Start a match in either Career Mode or Ultimate Team (e.g., Rivals, Champions, Squad Battles). Gain possession of the ball. Attempt to sprint by holding down the RT button on the controller. Expected Result: The player should accelerate to their top speed. Actual Result: The player jogs or trots with the ball, failing to reach full sprint speed. My Setup: Controller Type: Wired Xbox Controller (please specify model if possible, e.g., Xbox Series X|S controller, Xbox Elite Series 2, etc.) Connection: Wired USB cable. My goals have disappeared from "my career" close to the end of the season. They went from 260 to 4, and it's the second season it happens in a row. I think i found the number that makes it reset, and it seems its to be 262 or close. I always have backups up to three games before and i had 260 goals before the glitch. During that game i scored 6 and after the game i went to check the "my career" goals and instead of 266 there were only 4... Tried it several times to reload and it always resets.... Funny thing, it doesn't reset Season Player Stats (Top Scorers or Assists, only resets "my career" stats... For the most recent week and this week (starting June 19, 2025), my matches and match objectives have not been counting toward my season pass. I have played multiple matches from kickoff to the full time whistle and they only sporadically count to my Season Pass. Just now, I have completed four full matches - start to finish - with my player career save. However, in my weekly play objectives, only one game counted (an international match, played locked onto my player). In two of the other games, I played as the team to ensure I was not subbed off. In the third, I played a league match also locked to my player. All went to 90 minutes, and I got a hat trick in the last match with my player, but neither the game nor the hat trick were counted. I should also have 11 match objectives completed, but it currently only shows 6 from my four games. I cannot recreate the situations where the progress is counted, as it is inconsistent. I am always connected to the internet and the save file is always the same. I make progress in the game and do not leave my matches or get subbed off. As such, we are not receiving the promised rewards from the Season Pass due to this bug. No one has time to play 100 games in the hopes that only 20 of them count. This needs to be fixed. I have not yet tried Manager Career to see if this issue persists there as well. I have no issues with Ultimate Team or Pro Clubs either, so this is frustrating. I should have 3/3 matches, 4/6 matches, 1/1 hat trick, and 10/10 match objectives for the week. The full season objectives are also not counting. I paid for the Premium Pass this season and if I am not able to utilize the advertised routes to progress, then I feel as though I am being robbed.73Views1like1Commenti just lost squad battle progress points!

Hello FC25 community, Unfortunately, I still don't have access to the transfer market in the web app and companion app, even though, as you can see in the screenshots, I have completed all the tasks. I do have access to the transfer market on my PC. My account was created at the end of November *, later switched to EA Play Pro, and since then I have spent over *hours playing FC25, earning over 800,000 coins in match earnings and completing over *games. I have also purchased over 400,000 FC Points. Everyone can calculate how much that is in euros, but I would still like to mention it. I don't really care about the financial aspect, because I did it voluntarily, and it just shows that I really care about the game and I like it! I have played all game modes in Ultimate Team and “Clubs” and completed all Moments games. I play at least 3 games every day. Even if they are not displayed in the playing time tab. I also know the link where I can find out about the unlock, and I can tell you that I meet all the criteria listed there. It's really frustrating that despite all this effort and commitment, I don't have access to the transfer market. I know that no EA Support employee can directly help me unlock the transfer market, but I'm really disappointed that I can't use the game to its full extent. It's just a shame to invest so much time and passion and then not get the full experience I want.
