- Platform: Ps5 & Companion App & Ps4 (tried it on diff devices)
- PSN/Xbox Gamertag: McSham024
- Name of the pack you opened: 30 80+ players Mega pack from Div 3 upgraded rewards
- Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: 1 Player Unlock Pack
- Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? Opened pack first time on companion app, issue continued on ps5 and ps4
