Unjustified ban

Today I was permanently banned from EA FC 25. The reason given in the email was that I was banned for dealing with coins irregularly (buying or selling), which is simply absurd. I’ve had my account for about 2–3 months and didn’t even start playing the game from the beginning (like the traders do). I never bought coins — in fact, I made very few transfers, only selling players I got from packs. My biggest purchase was Lauren James, who is an extremely cheap player. Moreover, I didn’t even have access to the transfer market on my companion app (which is usually how coins are transferred). I recently bought the season pass, was farming packs for the La Liga TOTS, and now my account has been unfairly banned from the game. I truly hope you review this mistake and lift the ban on my account.
