I completed the 4th season 6 weekly play objective and duly recieved a 1 x Immortals guarantee pack. Opened it was delighted to see a 95 rated Nadine Angerer. I sent her to my club, immediately updated my current squad and could see her as my keeper. So far so good.
I logged back in about an hour later and my GK slot in my squad was empty. Searched my squad and Angerer has disappeared completely. I tried logging out and back in again but still with no success.
I've never had a player vanish before and would like this particular player back please. She is obviously a valuable asset.
All of the above was done on my mobile app, not on my PS4 console.
