When i open a gold pack, i'm logged out of FC25 app

I got this pack and everytime i try to open it, i get logged out !
I tried the android app FC25 and the web companion on Chrome.
Please help !

Same here! It's so annoying
This is also happening to me on console. I have just purchased eafc25 following in from my trial. Maybe it's a pack that no longer exists? But I cannot do anything
it’s not got the same problem for a different pack, got no idea what to do . it’s annoying
Same and I can't open other packs why EA don't **bleep**ing do anything?
