Why I was banned and I can’t send email

I swear I didn’t do anything about transferring coins. And I can’t send email and build case because my email issues. So I post it here and hope EA can see it. AS I know there are lots of players have the same problem. PLEASE GIVE US AN EXPLANATION!!!!!

I am very sure that I didn’t do anything about the coins transferring. I am totally innocent and always play the game fairly. I spend lots of time and money not to get this result. I am very angry and disappointed with the judgment. Please check it carefully and unlock my account as soon as possible because you broke an innocent player’s heart.
