Why my custom game settings not avaliable in Online Seasons?

This is a new issue (recent weeks).

I always use custom game settings(passing,crossing,choosing player etc.) but when i'm in Online Seasons mode, its always set to competitive. 

I've tried deleting profile and start over but still having same issue.
