Wrong Player Picked bug

There is a major bug in EA FC 25 with Player Picks.
When I open a Player Picks and select the player I want, after clicking Confirm another player is added to my club. For example, today I reached a new season level and chose Bombito as my reward, clicked confirm, but instead Luna was added to my club. This is not the first time it happens.
What is the point of giving us a choice if the game just gives a wrong player anyway.. Please fix this and give me back the player I actually picked. I expect proper compensation for this issue.
