Wrong version of Lukaku

My problem is that I encountered a bug when an item has been assigned to me in Ultimate Team. Specifically, during Serie A TOTS week (two weeks ago), when I opened a pack, and I found a non-rare gold base version of Romelu Lukaku, Napoli's striker . This is clearly a bug, as Lukaku was included among the TOTS players and therefore I should have been assigned his TOTS version.
