Same situation. I swear I didn’t do anything about transferring coins. EA must give us an explanation. I can’t send email because my email ban. So I post it below. PLEASE EXPLAIN IT.

I am very sure that I didn’t do anything about the coins transferring. I am totally innocent and always play the game fairly. I spend lots of time and money not to get this result. I am very angry and disappointed with the judgment. Please check it carefully and unlock my account as soon as possible because you broke an innocent player’s heart.
