Yeah same here. Used up a hefty amount of my budget going up to the championship with this aswell. So annoying

same story on PS4 in bundesliga 3 in my second save. first in epl was fine

Same here, null, not found - it's broken 

Was working fine until one of the last patches 

I had one scout only. I added a second and then the report for the first appeared!!

same happened to me yesterday ! purly pathetic a game which i payed 70 bucks having this kind of bug

Hire another scout to a number 1 slot and reports will appear. Bug, but has a workaround
