Same happened to me.

Took pictures what the SBC preview promised  and what the reality was. Would not have used 250 k coins to upgrade my 94 Zidane only to 96.

I definitely want compensation. I’ll be glad to sent you those evidence pics If you need them.

I have photo evidence of 99 rated card being advertised, but is 96 when you click through.

same happened to me i wouldnt of done this if i saw he was 96

Way you bug Zidane to show 99 when is only 96 is not fair i use points for that 1000 way you fals adversities stop doing this 

Exactly same with me, I bought the evolution without looking at anything as I see a 99 rated player and zidane has been someone I enjoyed all year. Compensation needed

I got a 96 rated thunderstruck Zidane from an icon pick a few months ago. He's very outdated but I thought he would fit int he new evo that just came out today, "They call me Yaz". Apparently he doesn't fit in the evo because he is not "Player: Zidane"??? He fits all the other requirements though. Can someone tell me is this a bug or intentional?

It's the TOTY Eras Zidane that is required for this Evo.

Released in January and pervious Evo for Founder members allowed upgrade to 94.

Both versions of TOTY Eras Zidane will be elligible for this Evo, other versions of Zidane won't be

I spent 1000fc points on this evo it said 99 put him In and now it says 96 I want what was promised I have evidence

I bloddy though I was getting a 99 rated Zidane, I even made my 90 Zidane into a 94 ,just because I thought he would go to a 99 as it was only a 94 rated Zidane that went to a 99 ,and the 99 rated card was there it showed us ,just because ea **bleep**ed up once again ,so I lost 100 thousand coins making my Zidane 90 into the 94 ,I'm so **bleep**ing happy this is my last ever fc as I have had it with ea 

I saw a new evolution for my 94 Zidane. The screen shows clearly that the end result will be a Zidane who is 99 overall with 5 playstyle+

I submitted to start the evolution. This was a cost of in game coins £250,000 (an awful lot of coins)

Now after I'm doing the evolution it's now showing me a end card of 96 overall and with only 4 ps+

This is awful and not my fault - it's either an issue with the setup screen (not on me) or an issue with the end result of the evolution 

I have screenshot evidence from two sources (playstation screenshot and camera phone images) 

ACTION REQUIRED - 

You have two options due to your false advertising of the evolution outcome 

1) Refund my 250,000 coins immediately 

2) Give me the 99 Zidane with 5 playstyle+

I am in the same postion. I want action, I take false advertisement very seriously!

Anyone from EA wanna offer any help 

I've also created a ticket. Supplied into and duly being ignored there too 

Another day no reply 

My case got a reply. They told me to post here and also some basic troubleshooting which obviously doesn't fix the issue

Day 3 of your 'They call me Yaz' evo being broken on PC. Web App, Mobile App and PC showing Base icon Zidane is 'not eligible' for the evo. but no rarity is specified.

EA_Vendcera​ - day 3 now with no comms no update. please can i get some clarity or the wording updated please. Why wont my Zidane be allowed

I've had an email back eventually after some to and from with the guys at support 

They are investigating
