A while back, I got Ødegaard (89) rare gold as highest card from a guaranteed TOTS pack. So I contacted EA help, but they don’t seem to want to return the wasted 2500 FC points. How do I know? I’ve contacted them over 5 times, some more willingly checking the first convo in which the game’s error has been admitted, but every time “we’ll pass it on to the team who can help you”, “I wish I could do this for you, but you’ll have to wait for the team for feedback”, and so on. I’m beyond furious, even feel hopeless about it. Like, it’s not like I can spend FC points elsewhere. Obviously I want more than what I lost now, but don’t think they’ll ever refund… (one employee even claimed that there was no such thing as refund, then why put it as option on the EA help website, EA?!)
