“Go Back” Cancelled "Striker Rise" evolution

The same issue and cancellation happened to me.
Platform - PS5
Gamertag/ username - hjjunbeetle
Name of the evolution - Striker's Rise
Timestamp (including time zone) when the issue happened - 10/8 around 3pm EST (not entirely sure when)
Game area, feature, or mode (in-game, web app) - In-Game
Potential steps to reproduce the issue - Pressed 'X' on the in-progress evolution, was prompted with a pop-up if I wanted to cancel the evolution, pressed 'O' to back out, evolution was canceled anyways. The evolution was in it's last stage
