100 Players SBC pack gave 50 Players and missing 88+ rated card

I just completed the 100 Players SBC and opened the pack to find that I've only been given 50 players instead of 100, and the pack guaranteed an 88+ rated card, but the best card I got was 87 Tah. Please fix this and replace my pack.
