Account Permanently Banned by Mistake – No Coin Transfer Done
Hello EA Team,
My account was permanently banned without any valid reason, and I strongly believe this is a serious mistake.
Last night, I played Weekend League normally. After finishing my matches, I listed a player for sale that I had used during WL and then logged out of the game.
Later, when I tried to access my account through the Web App, I was automatically logged out. When I tried to log in again, I received a message saying that my account had been PERMANENTLY BANNED.
When I checked the EA Help website, I saw that the ban reason was coin transfer, which is completely incorrect. I have never transferred coins, bought coins, or participated in any illegal activity. In fact, I was saving my coins to buy a TOTY player.
I am a very active and loyal player in the community. I play every day, participate in all major events, purchase FC Points regularly, and always follow the game rules. This makes this ban even more frustrating and unfair.
I have already submitted a formal dispute through EA Help. During the chat, I was informed that a possible resolution could take up to 10 days, which feels like a very long time for an issue that appears to be a system error.
Unfortunately, by then I will likely miss the best event of the game, and I may also lose the opportunity to complete important SBCs such as Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo, as well as continue the Evolutions I was planning.
This situation is extremely discouraging and directly affects my motivation to keep playing and especially to keep investing in the game.
I kindly request a manual review of my account as soon as possible, as this ban was clearly applied by mistake.
