Agreement removed in the "Cornerstones" evolution

I put Messi into the Cornerstones evolution and it gave him +1 chemistry. Then I applied the cosmetic evolution, which said “customizations” and did not mention changing rarity, but it still removed the +1 chemistry.

How can I get it back?
