Appeal for FC26 Account Ban
Dear EA Support,
I am writing to formally appeal the ban on my FC26 account (Football Soccer). I purchased the game on November 21, 2025, and have strictly followed all terms of service. Between November 24-25, I accessed the web app for squad management and SBC tasks.
On November 25 around 22:30, I played on PC. I participated in one online match (score 4-3, final goal at 90th minute), with all gameplay being legitimate. The rest of my matches were against AI, without any exploits or cheating. Since purchase, I’ve played 46 matches in total. Cheating offers me no benefit, and I don’t even have web market access.
What's the need to cheat when an account has only been established for 5 days? My SQB weekly score is only around 20,000 after 16 matches. Cheating doesn't give me any advantage!
I’ve been a loyal FC player since FC23 and continued with FC24 until upgrading to FC26. During gameplay, I used UU Accelerator (by NetEase) to reduce latency, which may have affected connection quality. I kindly request you review my server connection logs to verify this.
