Every time I go in a game it doesn’t save my assignments especially the ones about attacking and defending corners so when I go in to the match they aren’t in the positions I want them to be so I never get anything from them I don’t want to keep on having to go into tactics and assign them every time.
Same issue on PC. Attacking/defending corner assignments don't save (can't verify if the same is true of other assignments, e.g. for set piece takers). Sometimes it'll save for a minute or two (i.e. a couple of set pieces) but soon after it resets to the default assignments. Not very helpful when Chiesa is the default target player 🙃
Same Issue on PS5. Let’s hope this actually gets fixed as it also affects their cash cow in Ultimate Team.
My target assignments for corners keep changing themselves. I go into assignments and set the changes, go back into the assignments to see if it works. It says it’s what I set to. I queue into a game and the assignments aren’t what I set. And then after the game, the tactics are changed to how it played in game. Why does it keep doing this? Is this a widely reported bug?
I have an issue where every game I play, the set piece tactics keep resetting. I have to change them every game, target player on corners for instance. I have saved the settings, they still change. I have created new tactics and set them as the preset, still changes. It's beyond frustrating now and actually ruining my gameplay

I am having the same problem on ps5 how do we fix this please. This should be fixed before early access. We paid for this.
I have the same issue as I had on last years game.
l like to up the stats on the players in edit players.
Every time I do, when I turn the game off and return the following day, I can’t edit the selected team. It won’t allow me to move players at all. I can’t even change the starting lineup. It is so bloody frustrating! I have to reset all teams and start over with my transfers and editing the players.
Does this happen to anyone else?
I really thought they would have sorted this from last year. Paying almost £90 for a broken game it seems like.
If you paid extra for early access you are a fool.
They knew about all of these issues during the beta but left them in for us.
They are laughing at us.
There will be no fix during early access.

Refunds need to be issued. The game is just not ready.
This isn’t getting fixed any time soon. You got scammed just accept it.
Every time I complete a game, the assignments of the players in tactics that I already memorised, mix again and change.
I don’t know if it’s a Bug or if I’m doing something wrong. Please help.
When i choose specific players in the assignment tab before the match it gets randomized in game and if i change back it gets reset again which is very annoying as i can't benefit from set pieces
I now have a problem that I can't really save my corner kick assignment. I can do the settings before the game. But as soon as I enter the game, the settings reset. I would have to do the settings once again in game. (e.g. I assigned player A to near post from the back post (default) before the game. In game, player A is still assigned to back post.
I tried to delete the problematic squad and started a new one. The issue, however, persists.
Anyone has the same problem and any solutions?
I had the same issue with defensive approach (if its changed manually) in Fc 25 PC, they didnt fixed that ))
Same here. It happens in Ultimate Team. Mostly only happens for attacking- and defending corner assignments. Clearly a bug.
