Cannot submit my TOTM HM into the 2nd EVO for a 2nd Playstyle Plus

Hello,

I have tried to evo my Paul Pogba TOTY HM item for his second playstyle plus but he does not appear when I am searching my club for the requirements, also when I manually search him I can find him but not submit him. This is due to the fact that I changed the card's cosmetic card type to a World Tour, is there anyway to reverse engineer my Paul Pogba to a TOTY HM or could you manually submit him into the evo for the Press Proven Playstyle Plus? I was unaware that by changing the cosmetic I would render my Paul pogba item unusable in the evo.

    Bro, I get why they have limitations on the evo ofc, but they should have not let us change the card type or cosmetic in the first place, I have been in many live chats and they are saying nothing can be done until the future.

    The cosmetic evo you're referring to is only toty hm not a toty hm evo cosmetic, there is a slight difference in design, I hope we get official communication on this forum because so many people are left feeling distraught and its not fair.

    You are correct bro, and it's sad that there has not been an official communication from EA on this Forum, we need to keep this forum alive and hope they can grant us compensation or fix the issue. 

    We should have never been allowed to change the cosmetic and at the minimal it should have warned us before doing so.

    Please EA do the right thing, someone reading this, give us an explanation and compensation or a resolution.
