It’s happening to me as well
I just wonder how can we solve that it makes me give up playing manager mode
No refunds.
Solution:
- Open Ultimate Team
- Enter Store
- Go to FC Points tab
- Select the most expensive FC points bundle you can afford
- Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm payment
